Reception staff are friendly and helpful, lots of very good Doctors and Nurses. Generally I have been able to get an appointment when necessary. Surgery is clean and welcoming.

Reception staff are all lovely and very helpful . Doctors and Nurses are brilliant they really listen and always follow up. I really appreciate the reminder text messages for appointments

Can be difficult to find a a lot convenient for the work and travel that I do. Usually I have to take what I can.

Flexible timescales for working class. Perhaps obtaining the data from patients on what time they work and distance to travel which can perhaps allow suitable suggestive slots.

Nearly every time you phone for appointments u get told they’re. none even if u been in to see the doctor and he tells You to comer back next week u get told by receptionist u can’t do that u got to phone up on the day it takes to long for appointments when you try to book one by

Receptionist could try to be more understanding when ppl are trying to book appointments sometimes they can b off handed

The doctors and nurses are always very caring and very helpful.The receptionists are always there when you need them and are very helpful.You can book appointments online or by telephone.I personally find this practice all round perfect.

I always find all the doctors and nurses and all the staff caring and helpful and there’s nothing I can think of that could be improved.
